Founder of BrightGene, systems thinker, and believer in the power of organized data.

Hi, I'm Madeline Boyd, founder of BrightGene based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
BrightGene started from something I've always naturally loved: organizing systems and making things work better. Many small businesses rely on CRM tools to manage client relationships, but over time those systems can become messy, confusing, or difficult to maintain. I help businesses turn those complicated systems into clean, organized tools that actually support their daily work.
My focus is simple: practical CRM organization and setup inside platforms like HubSpot so business owners and their teams can spend less time searching for information and more time serving their clients.
I live in Sioux Falls with my husband and our two daughters, and I'm passionate about supporting the local business community. Outside of work, you'll often find me at book club, painting, or tackling some kind of organizing project around the house.
BrightGene grew from that same love of organization — taking something complicated and turning it into something clear, structured, and easy to use.
When I'm not chasing after my girls, I'm building workflow frameworks for BrightGene, studying emerging technology, and partnering with local businesses to help them modernize their operations — without losing the personal touch that makes small businesses special.
